After Fiona convinced Nuella to create a wherhold near Plains Hold, Fiona and Zenor negotiated with Veclan to set up a gold mining hall. Later, Veclan arranged to have the Plains Wherhold designated as a smithcraft - the Goldhall of Plains Hold.
