Tullea was the Weyrwoman of Benden Weyr during the Third Pass. Her dragon was gold Minith.
Biography[]
Late in the Second Interval, Tullea was junior Weyrwoman under Salina. When Breth, Salina's dragon, went between due to the Dragon Plague, Tullea became acting senior Weyrwoman. This was confirmed when Minith rose and was flown by Caranth, making B'nik the new Weyrleader.
Tullea did not like Lorana, calling her «dragonkiller» after Lorana accidentally killed her own dragon Arith while trying to find a cure for the Dragon Plague.
After Minith was inoculated for the Dragon Plague, Tullea and the Benden Weyr weyrlings went back in time 3 Turns to High Reaches Weyr - to warn D'vin and Sonia of the coming sickness and to try to convince them to close off their Weyr. While there, Minith clutched and the sickness-immune hatchlings grew. With them - including Jeila’s Tolarth - Lorana had enough serum to cure all the dragons.
