Tuero was a journeyman harper at Ruatha Hold during the Sixth Pass.
Tuero helped Lord Holder Alessan manage the Gather guests when a quarantine was imposed at Ruatha. Tuero became sick from the feline-caused flu plague but recovered. He then helped Alessan get Ruatha back to normal.
