Tarik was a miner who worked first for his father, then for his nephew Natalon, then for Lord Holder Fenner, then for Weyrleader D'gan.
Biography[]
Until it played out, Tarik ran a mine that was opened by his father. He later moved to Camp Natalon to work for Natalon, where he made deals with Tenim and his Shunned children.
After his illegal mining techniques caused a cave-in at Camp Natalon, Tarik was shunned and made nameless. He was then assigned to Lord Holder Fenner, who put him to work at Firestone Mine #9, which later exploded. D'gan, who also wanted to mine for firestone for his dragons, put Tarik to work in a new firestone mine at Telgar Hold, where Tarik was killed after Tenim caused the mine to explode.
