L'sur was a dragonrider at Benden Weyr late in the First Interval and early in the Second Pass. His dragon was bronze Vuroth.
Before the impeachment of Bitra Hold's Lord Holder Chalkin, L'sur reported back to Benden Weyrleader M'shall about intolerable conditions at the main border crossing from Bitra Hold into Benden Hold.
