K'lior was Weyrleader of Fort Weyr late in the Second Interval and early in the Third Pass. His dragon was bronze Rineth.

K'lior's Rineth unexpectedly flew senior Weyrwoman Cisca's gold Melirth — most of Fort expected T'mar's Zirenth to fly her. K'lior had barely finished Weyrling training when Melirth rose.
K'lior led Fort Weyr through the end of the Second Interval and into the Third Pass (beginning AL 508.1.7, Dragonsblood, Dragonheart). At the beginning of the Third Pass, a Dragon Plague broke out that began causing dragons and some of their riders to go between forever.
Due to the losses from both the plague and injuries from Threadfall, Weyrleader K'lior sent his injured dragons and riders ten Turns back in Time to the previously abandoned Igen Weyr (AL 508.1.27). The newest and youngest junior Weyrwoman Fiona, rider of gold Talenth, also Timed it with the Weyrlings. The dragons and riders returned healthy and ready to fight three days later (AL 508.2.2) despite having spent three Turns in Igen (AL 498.7.2-501.3.18 Dragonsblood, Dragonheart).
K'lior's Wingleaders were bronzeriders T'mar, Zirenth's rider; K'rall, Seyorth's rider; H'nez, Ginirth's rider; M'valer, Linth's rider; M'kury, Burinth's rider; and V'ney, rider of an unknown bronze.
