Janorth was a brown dragon at Igen Weyr late in the Second Interval and at Fort Weyr early in the Third Pass. His rider was W'jer.
After W'jer and Janorth were injured during threadfall, they accompanied T'mar when he took injured riders and dragons ten turns back in time to Igen Weyr to heal. When they all arrived, they discovered that, after they left Fort Weyr, Fiona had been approached by an unknown queen rider from the future, who convinced Fiona to take the Fort Weyr weyrlings back in time so that they could grow and train.
W'jer's right thigh had been seared through to the bone by the same Thread that had lacerated his brown Janorth through to the bones of his neck.
