Biography
J'per was a brownrider who went back in time to Igen Weyr with Fiona and T'mar. Later, he was one of the riders X'lerin brought with him to the Western Isle. His dragon Ginoth caught Kisorth when she rose and sired sixteen eggs, including gold Laspanth.
