Heth was a bronze dragon at Benden Weyr and Southern Weyr during the Ninth Pass. He was the last to choose at his hatching. His rider was K'van.
Biography[]
Weyrlinghood[]
While sweep riding with K'van, they would chat. He and K'van saved young Aramina the first time «Lady Holdless» Thella attempted to abduct her. They transported Lord Holder Asgenar of Lemos Hold to Telgar Hold to tell Lord Holder Larad that his half-sister, Thella, was still alive.
Heth transported Jayge and the volunteers when they stormed Thella's Mountain Hold.
Later on, when he was told that Aramina was stuck in a cave, Heth was very unhappy that they were not able to find her, but was relieved to learn that Jayge was able to find her.
Heth and K'van assisted with the building of Cove Hold. When Aramina rediscovered her ability to talk to dragons while at Cove Hold, Helth and K'van saved her, her children and Jancis from a tree when Thella and her gang attacked, then watched while K'van freed Jayge. When V'last and his dragon Collith returned from hunting, Heth updated Collith as to what had happened while they were gone.
The Southern Weyrleader[]
After D'ram stepped down, Heth flew Adrea's Beljeth and K'van became Weyrleader of Southern Weyr.
Personality[]
Heth was willing to listen to the reports of the fire lizards then tell his rider what was said.
