Dulsay was Lady Holder of Telgar Hold during the Ninth Pass. She was the spouse of Lord Holder Larad. They had several children.
While Larad and K'van were planning to attack Thella's mountain hold, Larad sent his queen fire-lizard and Dulsay's bronze to check it out.
