Camo was the mentally handicapped son of Masterharper Robinton and Silvina, Headwoman of Harper Hall.
Biography[]
The fact that Camo was retarded was not due to a genetic fault, but to oxygen deprivation at birth when his umbilical cord wrapped around his neck.
Camo worked as a drudge in the Harper Hall kitchen. He helped Menolly feed her fire lizards every morning.
After a harper had been requested for the hold children, Camo accompanied Menolly to Paradise River Hold. While there, Camo watched Menolly's young son Robse and said he was happy to be warm.
