Cabot Francis Carter was a colonist on Pern.
History[]
Cabot was an legist. He was heard at the highest level of the High Court on First Centauri and Earth; it was his guild that produced the Charter and helped it get passed by the Federated Sentient Planets.
After the First Fall, he told both former leaders that he would he lead the meeting at Bonfire Square. He came from Cambridge-on-Jordan Stake.
As stated in the charter, he led Ezra Keroon, Jim Tillek, Pol Nietro, and Bay Harkenon on to the platform, when votes were taken; he appointed Rudi Schwartz to take count of the votes. The vote was to not send to FSP for help, and another vote reinstated Paul Benden and Emily Boll as leaders during the current crisis.
