B'ralar was the Weyrleader of High Reaches Weyr at the end of the Second Interval. His dragon was bronze Kalanth.
Biography
B'ralar was interested in how Watch-whers could contribute to Pern's defense against Threadfall. He promised the Weyr's protection for Whermaster Aleesa's camp.
He saw D'vin as a potential Weyrleader.
