Adrea was a Weyrwoman during the Ninth Pass. Her dragon was gold Beljeth. She came from Greystones, a minor hold in Benden.
When Adrea's queen Beljeth rose to mate for the first time, K'van's bronze Heth outflew all, making Adrea and K'van Weyrleaders of Southern Weyr.

Adrea was said to be a very attractive but biddable girl.

Even though both the current Nerat Map and List of Holds shows that Greystones Hold is a minor hold in Benden Hold, the comment in The Renegades of Pern regarding Adrea's Impression says, "The lucky girl who Impressed Beljeth was Adrea and came from Greystone Hold in Nerat. The Neratians had been exceedingly proud of her."
